hey out there in cyberland! whats going on? I went to riverscuomo.cjb.net and heard that they are sayin' good-bye *sniff* i luv that site dearly and i'm upset to see it go.
I had to sent in my thoughts about the site and rivers...and it ended it up on the site...when i got on, i was like "oh mi gosh! how could a comment from a 14 year old get on that wonderful beyond wonderful site??" ...then i danced...but still sad.

buddha! i wish i had a friend who understood me well...these days i'm feeling lack of happiness...*sarcasticly* or that special something people have everyday to make them feel grand *grunt*. i just feel alone and always bored...(i dont get out much). although i maybe only 14 years old, i'm not that stupid...and i'm not that typical 14 year old (not that its good or bad...just in between). i know, at times i can be super immature and then like super mellow (that didnt make any sense what-so-eva...) the next second, and i'm so tired of being stereotyped..."oh that girl must like crap music..." or "you stupid freshman...pretending like u know every damn thing...". well too bad i dont...
no matter what i do to differ from everyone at school...i always get stuck with what i started with. nothing.

Hey fellow site viewers! I just started school today and I've got pretty fair classes. I'm accually happy to be back in school, I thought I was gonna have a nervious brake down if I didn't do anything...but thats just me, so anyways, I just added SMORE images so pleeease check them out, very RAD. And I really would appreciate it if people would send me some of their Art or any pictures to post up and have your name written largely (sp?)...heh, or whatever...I don't know...? But anyhoo, the only thing I've updated were pictures. If you have any suggestions please send them to me or if you wanna bitch me out on how this site sucks...go ahead (but please don't hurt me). Oh yes, I got some new visuals for the picture page...check 'em out! I have soo much going on right now, my scanner is down on crack, my photo softwear-thing is gone, i dont know HTML codes anymore, i'm getting ready for school, freaking out about everthing, and also thinking of changing some stuff...but that takes awhile, so i guess everything is just 'talk'...well enjoy whats here currently and please bare with me, PLEASE! I'm so sorry this site is so empty, its mainly because my scanner and the fact that my really cool softwear-thing wasn't uploaded to my computer and I kinda lost it, but partly because its VERY brand-new...just born. But soo much stress is catching up to me, even my eye twitches every 4 minutes (or so it seems)...

I've said it once, I'll say it again. Weezer can crush *NSYNC with one misguided anti-hero finger. In fact, forget "can" and make that "will." See, I have instructed the fellas to destroy those puny, DJ-posing pipsqueaks who continue to torture me with their squall-like "harmonies," over-styled videos and custom touring vans. Here's how the operation will go down: Weezer, a.k.a. My Minion Homeys, will again feature sumo wrestlers in their next video. However, replacing the traditional "mawashi" belts will be the actual members of *NSYNC, wound tightly around the wrestlers' waists. Throughout the course of the song, the wrestlers will slam the boys into the floor, the drum kit and, yes, each other. This glorious event will unfold live on "TRL" as millions of spoiled, marketing-ravaged "tweens" watch in horror. For the big finale, the wrestlers will appear live in the "TRL" studio and hurl each battered *NSYNC member through the giant window flat-smack onto the streets of Times Square. And just for kicks, Will Ferrell will be there playing a cowbell.

well, I have some good news and some bad news. the good news is that we now know mikey's where-abouts and the bad news is that he has checked into a psychiatric hospital. I really dont have much details, so please check out weezer.com or keep your eye wide open for this news...this is very serious and i wish mikey the very best luck and hope whatever is happening will be back to normal very soon.

After days of speculation about the whereabouts of Weezer bassist Mikey Welsh, band members learned late yesterday that the Boston native has checked into a psychiatric hospital in his hometown.
"We unfortunately still don't know what's wrong with him and continue to find it very difficult to find out any more from those who might know," reports Weezer assistant Karl Koch on the band's official Web site.

"We wish him the very best, and we hope he comes back soon," Koch continues. "But in the meantime, due to the circumstances at hand with the upcoming tours and such, we are indeed hastily scheduling tryouts for a replacement player for the upcoming gigs, just in case Mikey isn't able to return." The band is currently planning a lengthy fall tour with Cold as openers.

Welsh is the band's second bassist, having replaced original member Matt Sharp when he departed in 1998 to pursue his side-project, the Rentals, on a full-time basis.

Although Welsh had recently announced a leave of absence from Weezer because of a "private medical condition," he had been expected to join band mates Rivers Cuomo, Pat Wilson and Brian Bell in Los Angeles on Tuesday for a Spike Jonze-directed video shoot of "Island in the Sun" the following day. Without explanation, Welsh missed his scheduled flight from Boston to Los Angeles, leaving the remaining members of the group to ponder the severity of his condition.

A spokesperson for Weezer's record company, Interscope Records, declined to comment on Welsh.

As for the video, it was filmed Wednesday at a private ranch at the top of Browns Canyon, in the hills of Chatsworth, California. According to Koch, the second clip for "Islands" -- which comes on the heels of a Marcos Siega-directed performance clip -- will feature Weezer hanging out with a bevy of wild animals, including a 500-pound bear, a black panther, a chimpanzee, a giraffe and a trio of wild squirrels.

Weezer Select Tour Bassist. Weezer have picked Scott Shriner, the bassist from Los Angeles hard rock band Broken, as a temporary replacement for ailing Mikey Welsh. Shriner confirmed on Monday (August 20) that he had been "subbing for Mikey Welsh," but added, "It's not permanent ... It's just kind of a temporary job." He will remain a member of Broken. Saying he was hesitant to talk without permission from Weezer, Shriner declined to say how he had found his way into the band.
